I've not minded the PS4 + titles that much to be honest. OK they have not looked visually stunning but they have all been a lot of fun to play.
I've been having a blast with Mercenary Kings recently. Reminds me of Metal Slug which isn't a bad thing given how much I love Metal Slug games.

I also seem to recall Sony saying that the PS4 won't be getting any big retail title on + for another few months as there not that old & I guess the publishers/Developers would like to sell more copies before the games becomes available on PS+.

Anyone know on average how old a PS3 title is before it turns up on PS+?

Most retail titles are about 10 months or older however there have been a few that have appeared quicker like PES 2014, LBP: Karting, Hitman: Absolution, Grid 2 and Puppeteer, but these are in the minority.

I did point out retail as there have been many day one additions of digital only titles on the PS3 (like Trine 2 (EU), Shank 2 and Knytt Underground) which we have obviously been getting on the PS4.

NBA2k14 would be 8 months old if it was on the June list.

It was an advert on Sonys EU website, also last month had a similar advert which turned out to be true.

So year it's a rumour but it's a good one.

Rumour...
PS Vita - Dragon's Crown

PS3 - NBA 2K14
PS3 - Lone Survivor

PS4 - pixel junk Shooter Ultimate
Not a great month for me. I am not a sports fan and I am not a huge fan of these retro style new games.

I have finally started playing Puppeteer though which is a wonderful game. I love the way they had added an audience sound as it really adds to the atmosphere of the game.

I am not going to renew my PS+. It might be 'value' but for £39.99 a year, I could select, at least, about 2 or 3 PSN games, that I would enjoy and play more thoroughly.

The only thing I like is the cloud save feature, which should be about £5 per year, and even that's got to do with the longevity of the console, in which I've already paid for.

I would back up my saves on an HDD, but a lot of titles now use 'protection' so they can only be backed up in the 'cloud'. It really pisses me off!!!

Entering PS Plus:

4th June: Pixeljunk Shooter Ultimate (Cross Buy) (PS4)
4th June: Trine 2: The Complete Story (PS4) (2.5GB)
4th June: NBA 2K14 (PS3) (8.7GB)
4th June: Lone Survivor (Cross Buy) (PS3) (404MB)
4th June: Dragon’s Crown (PSV) (1.1GB)
4th June: Surge Deluxe (PSV) (112MB)

Leaving PS Plus:

30th April: Stick it to the Man
30th April: Payday 2
30th April: Brothers A Tale of Two Sons
30th April: Muramasa Rebirth
30th April: Everybody’s Golf

Starting in June, members will now have access to two titles per month for each of our platforms.

Starting in July, every title in the Instant Game Collection will be available the first Wednesday of the month, and will be free for that month, until the first Wednesday of the following month.

In the coming weeks, you’ll see that several of the titles that have had a nice, long stint in the Instant Game Collection will be phased out.

This sounds like the yearly games are going and we will be getting 6 games per month which will be available for one month only.

Excellent news. Although there's not much on that list that excites me, offering 2 ps4 games per month is welcomed.

Well done Sony.

Edit: Hotbird, from reading your bottom comment you make it sound like you think that we only get the games for the month, and then we can no longer play them. Was that what you were getting at?

It sounds to me like the annual games are gone and an extra ps4 game in its place.

Yup - Happy with that lot. Trine 2 will go well with my new 3D Bravia.

I just worded it badly. I think games been available to 'claim' for more than a month is gone, but I fully expect we can play whatever we claim for as long as we subscribe.

I think the change is a good one. Sad to see the yearly titles go and not be replaced but the new structure makes up for it.

Owning all 3 consoles, I now get to play 72 games a year for £40.

Awesome value.

Gonna cost a lot more in HDDs and memory cards though, or perhaps upgrade to fibre.

Yes ff....and if you do play them all you have roughly 5 days to complete each one or you'll have a backlog.

Yeah. I already got a massive backlog, which is why I haven't picked up Watch_Dogs yet. So much stuff going on it's rediculous.
