I don't know what it used to be like but I'm guessing the likes of Red Dead Redemption didn't appear on PS+ a month or two after they were released. The PS4 is still fairly new so I don't think too much can be expected just yet, but the PS3 offerings have been good IMO and I've been satisfied with enough of the PS4 games to say that I haven't wasted my money.
Since the PS4 launched there haven't been any PS3 only AAA releases so people really need to manage their expectations moving forward with the IGC. Sony can't go re-adding past titles either because long standing subscribers will complain. The PS4 IGC will be small for a while due to the age of the console but at least games aren't being recycled month after month like with the competition. |

It is indeed cross buy, you need about 730mb spare on your Vita
![]() The game is reviewing really well. 9/10 in OPM this month, it sounds like great fun. |

Last Year we got, Battlefield 3, Need for Speed Most Wanted, Assassins Creed 3 all games which have since had sequels I honestly expected one of the sequels to have arrived this year. |

Unsurprisingly, Velocity 2X looks to be amazing. Currently tracking on Metacritic at 88 on PS4 and 90 on Vita.
Downloading now, can't wait to check it out for myself later. |

Just did the first four or five levels and it's great fun. Fast paced space action. The platform part is fun too.
Must go out. I look forward to playing this tonight. |

And its not as if we haven't been getting some good retail titles for PS3, We got Crysis 3, Dead Space 3, Payday 2, NBA 2k14, Pro Evo 2014, Metro Last Light, Bioshock Infinite & Tomb Raider the past few months. |

From memory getting a sequel of a past PS+ title isn't something thats happened all that often before, Maybe only 3-4 times in the 2-3 years I've subbed to PS+.

velocity 2x is a good game but unless you can unlock speed perks i have no idea how it is possible to beat your score eg on the 1st level i boost right from the start right to the end getting a perfect collecting everything and even teleporting at the very end. there are still plenty of higher scores than mine but im buggered if i can figure out how its done.
Some ps+ games have been depressing but sportsfriends looks decent, only thing its unplayable. A multiplayer only game with no online is a bit of a joke especially on next gen. Bring on driveclub. |

What has happened to Velocity 2x - not on the download list on either my Vita or PS3.
It is that hard for Sony to get things on correctly? |

It is that hard for Sony to get things on correctly? Seems quite fun. The controls feel a bit like patting your head and rubbing your stomach at the same time while I try and get used to them. I'd imagine it's very satisfying when you can just shoot through a level. the dourfla, I'd imagine that you go quicker by teleporting as well as boosting. |

The teleporting can be a bit tricky when you're trying to do a speed run.
I believe on the vita you just tap where you want to teleport to, which seems much easier. Should we make a Velocity thread ? |

Pretty sweet month for Vita. Downloaded: Don't Starve, Joe Danger and Velocity2 last night.
Had a quick dabble with Don't Starve and apart from taking an age to generate the world, it all seems to play really well. It was a game I enjoyed on the PS4, but fits much better on the vita I think. Noticed some new trees about, which I guess is related to the dlc. Had a slight issue with Joe Danger, where the screen kept on going blank when I tried to start the race but when I did get to play it seemed to keep the charm of the original Haven't play Velocity yet, but I have heard great things.... |

It being a PS4 game only on PS+ would be the reason for that. Not an error by Sony.

Think it just depends on your system, i now have the joint 2nd best score on that level shared with loads of other people. |

I just seen on Hot UK Deals that Theme Hospital is available free to download. It's not a part of PS+ so must be free to everyone http://m.hotukdeals.com/visit?m=4409&q=1998298

Great spot OMTT
It shows as PS3 & PSP, wonder if it'll run on VITA? I guess not if it doesn't say so. Still have my PSP but never gets touched any more |

I thought all PSP games ran on Vita? If not, remote play from Vita to PS3 would work. I don't have a Vita or PS3 but I added it to my list anyway.
I loved this game on the Playstation. The guys walking about like Elvis & the inflated heads

Never played it - although I spent a lot of time on SimCity 2000 and Theme Park on PC back in the mid 90s...
