It took over 2 years before RDR appeared on PS+.
Since the PS4 launched there haven't been any PS3 only AAA releases so people really need to manage their expectations moving forward with the IGC. Sony can't go re-adding past titles either because long standing subscribers will complain.
The PS4 IGC will be small for a while due to the age of the console but at least games aren't being recycled month after month like with the competition.
