I've heard some good things about Rainbow Moon. Would I have a better experience playing on PS3 or Vita?

I had a quick blast on Dust. Seems really promising. Great production values too. Spelunky is Spelunky. Fun, frustrating, hard but rewarding (still prefer rogue legacy). Like the ghost of players from friends list for the daily challenge levels. Assuming this has a shared trophy list with the vita etc. as a new list has not appeared for the ps4 version. Pix the Cat is good fun. Again only had a quick go, but it seemed like a good game for the commute. Reminds me of chu chu rocket for some reason. Havent downloaded the D&D game for ps3 yet. |

I've not been impressed with the ps4 games given with plus but this months I am. Spelunky seems hard and I gave up soon after starting and dying a few times but after reading the page on the DS home I've decided I want to try it again. Dust is very pretty and quite fun so I'll probably play through that again. I can't see me playing much of Pixx the Cat. Seemed like a more complicated Snake. Boring. But two out of three is good.

Downloaded all the games my verdicts so far
Dust: Decent game, plays well has nice mechanics and has a great art style Spelunky: Nice item, decent music, good animations, probably won't like it as much as Rouge Legacy though Rainbow Moon: I'm not usually into this type of turn based RPG but this game has me hooked, can't say much for the story yet I'm still helping out in the first village but everything in regards to the fighting so far is made so clear there is very little room for error My only slight complaint is the game might end up feeling a little grindy I'm on my way to the first boss and a few normal enemies can kill me, this would be fine if the amount of XP needed to level hadn't jumped for 50xp to a huge 350xp while all the enemies still only give 1xp, that's 350 enemies to kill for a level that may or may not make a difference Batman AA: still an incredible game I'm playing through again for the platinum and I even managed to get three medals on the first two combat challenge maps PIX the Cat and D&D I haven't played yet |

I only tried Spleunky last night. It's all right, might be better suited to the vita than the ps4.
I'm looking forward to Dust and Rainbow Moon. |

Correct me if I am wrong but nearly sure some PS3 games have appeared before in the monthly games lineup on my PS4.

Only when they're Cross-Buy and available on both platforms, Batman AA isn't available on PS4 so they couldn't give it to you if they wanted to.

Spelunky seems pretty good from the quick go I had on it, it reminds me a bit of Rick Dangerous

Dust is a good game. I bought it when it came out on 360. beautiful to look at, simple to play. It does require a lot of back tracking though and talking to every character when entering new areas to unlock more of the game. The hardest part is finding the hidden cages throughout the game and rescuing the characters from other video games to get the achievement/trophy. Well worth playing though

A great month for the instant game collection.
I often bitch and moan about most of the freebies we get given but Spelunky and Dust are fantastic games. |

Not tried dust yet. Wasnt overly impressed by spelunky. Sort of reminded me a little of boulder dash crossed with manic miner from the 80s in a way. Not the worst I've seen certainly though.

I quite like Spelunky. It has that 'one more go' factor to it. Played for a couple of hours the other night without even getting very far.

Having played games in the 80's, I'm not that impressed by reskinned pacman and boulder dash games in 2014.
Other than Arkham Asylum, which I playwed when it came out, the selection is pretty poor. |

Binding of isaac was announced for ps4 a couple of months ago.
Plus there is a new free to play game on the store, a ww2 cartoony battle strategy game. |
