No Rapture for me either, not checked today yet. EDIT: just checked with the phone app from work and still saying not available,

Spent all night playing Letter Quest, amazing how the games you least expect can be the ones you find addictive.

For anyone that wants to get around the Rapture glitch, just add the game to your favourites / wish list, and from the wish list menu you can add it to your basket and buy it then.

(This is on the webstore)

If anyone's still having problems with Everyone's Gone to the Rapture, try adding it to your wishlist first then adding to your basket from the wishlist. Worked for me.

Oh, and to add to your wishlist you click the game's heart icon from the main PS+ monthly games page. Don't try to go into the game page first, that's where it fails.

How long does EGtTR take?

Is it a 4 to 6 hour see everything experience, 20+ hours or have to play through it several times to get various different endings etc?

Hopefully better than Gone Home a couple of months back, I was still wondering when the game was going to actually start properly when I realised I'd completed it.

Gone home was a fairly derisive game it seems. I played it on PC a few months back & quite liked it but I know others who think its one of the worst excuses for a game in history.

Think the same is true of EGTTR & a lot of these other 'walking simulators', Some people take them for what they are & enjoy the story/experience while others refuse to consider them 'real games' & do everything to try & bury them & everyone that enjoys any of them.

I think the biggest problem with Gone Home was the lack of any real plot substance. It hinted at all these other things/possibilities and then it turns out to be predictable teen chick lit.
I'll get round to trying EGTTR but I've played a bit of The Vanishing of Ethan Carter and got a bit bored quite quickly, didn't seem 'structured' enough for me and I hate the feeling that I might be missing something.

I think the problem with "Gone Home" was that people got it for free on PS+ and started playing it without really knowing what it was; if you'd bought it having read up about it you wouldn't be disappointed but if you just start playing from scratch with no knowledge then I can understand why you'd be disappointed.

Same goes for Rapture I suspect, although as it's much more well known I guess it's less likely to have people not knowing about it.

I personally kind of enjoyed Gone Home so am looking forward to getting into Rapture.

Well, what a strange but delightful game EGtTR was.

All they need is a numbers game and we have Countdown with Wheel of Fortune.
