LOL. yeah same here but I was happy to hear today how much extra profits they made while we froze ours butts off during that long winter
![]() Anyway.... Dont want to keep downing plus since I dont have it but it really is so ill thought out. Couldnt they see these problems arising of not working consistently across the board, the problems with auto downloads etc. Just says to me it was forced through by the sales dept and not the technical dept. I know we get a month at a time and the SPAMs every week for there store but the disparity is huge. They need to sort it soon otherwise not many will be re-subbing. |

so i decided to go for playstation plus last night (i decided last week after getting a ne HDD and ordering some psn cards.
I do think it is a little weak in certain aspects as highlighted in this thread, but as others have said it is early days. Hopefully sony will see which format works better and adopt that one accross the board. Will i be renewing next year? all depends on what is on offer for the next 10 months i guess..... |

The first month has been a bit underwhelming TBH - the main gripe I have is the disparity in content between the US and EU services. If that carries on it will begin to really annoy me.
It will be interesting to see what is announced for next month - and see whether they have taken all the feedback on board. |

Apparently the EU plus team will be answering our questions and concerns next Wednesday on the EU blog.

That could be a lively thread
I do feel sorry for Mike Kebby - getting it in the neck every week from angry Plussers |

They could instantly improve this by giving + customers a free movie rental each month. That would satisfy me to be honest. It's not actually that much to ask either.

A free film rental would be a good deal - I am not sure that the movie store is available to all countries in the SCEE region though which might prevent them doing this. I always thought this mught be one of the reasons that firstplay is not included.

![]() TBH I couldn't give a toss what they are going to say next week. Next month I'm getting the US PSplus which includes Qore. |

Well because it's the US version, so none of the DLC will work with any of the EU games you have. Also Sony may be able to check.
I would much rather get Qore than DLC. I could always just buy US PS3 game instead of EU ones as-well. Sony don't care about people using other regions stores, at the end of the day it's all Sony. |

I'm wondering how they can block the games you download being a Plus member once you are no longer a member.

Sorry guys, just a bit annoyed with Plus at the moment. Paid £40 and just getting all the really old crap not as often as US.
My own fault. |

And you're stuck with it for a year. I'm only stuck with it until October, then US PS+ here I come
![]() I know we can connect to the store but have you read reports of people doing it ?? Would hate to see someone spend even more money and then find it was IP locked downloads or something, though know we CAN see it on their store. |

There is no IP lock , but the DLC will only work with the US copy of the game.
