Okay I subscribed yesterday, now I need to know what awesome stuff I should be downloading to get my money's worth?

Go into the store to PS+ tab and anything free in there

Plants vs Zombies is a brilliant buy

Don't know much about this Simpsons game, but you can't complain at getting a new game on release as the PSN game of the month.
Looking forward to trying FFV - loved XIII, so will be interested to see what they were like back in the day.
Wasn't a Far Cry 2 fan really, but will give it another spin.
House of the Dead is tempting - I like a good old light gun shooter.

Simpsons game has been delayed until next week.
Konami asked SCEE not to release it until next week so it would get a simultaneous launch in the US and on XBLA.

Somehow I don't think Konami would ask SCEA or MS to delay a launch so that the EU got it at the same time.

Oh dear, it seems that Konami have now announced a 5 day exclusivity window on XBLA, where it will apparently launch tomorrow.

I actually found that hilarious!

Microsoft: Oh no, Konami, please get Sony to delay the release so it launches at the same time as XBLA, it's not fair that they get a head start!

Konami: Sony, delay the release by one week to accustom Xbox Live Arcade

Sony: Erm, ok then.

Microsoft: Whoops dropped some money, and for some reason we're going to do a store update on a day that we don't usually ever do one on, say Konami old chap, how about pushing that Simpsons game forward to that slot?

I won't be getting PS+ again. Never use any of the content. Only used it for Cloud storage so far and I can't justify £35 a year for that.

Far Cry 2 is still £15 on my Plus, was looking forward to something decent from Plus for a change, now I'm left with downloading Back to the Future, I played the demo ages ago and thought it was ok.

Is Far Cry 2 for free not happening now?

edit: my bad, later this month lol

Anyone know what will happen when SEN comes?

With the free months deal I got and PSN being down, my PSN+ should run out in April or May, does anyone know where I can find out when it does run out? I hope SEN won't affect PSN+... or should I say SEN+

Hopefully it's a sign of things to come and the plus offerings will be consistently good each month. Would hate for March to be brilliant and then the rest of the year to be rubbish.

It has been getting stronger lately

They are also including Sly 1 HD too - I already have this but it is a great game, so if you don't have it another good offer.

Was going to buy Sly 1 from the store yesterday but i couldn't because PSN was down looks like i've saved £7.99. Rayman 3 with 30% off might be a day one purchase for me when it comes out later in the month instead though, just depends if i find something else to spend my money on before it's out.

You can but I don't think the expiry date changes on the free games you currently have installed. You would have to delete them and re-download/install for them to recognise the new date.

I won't be renewing my Plus when it comes up in December this year. I never play the content.

As for Sly 1 - already played it and it'll expire when my Plus runs out anyway.

Correction 20% off Rayman 3 not 30%

Yeah - It's not a service for everyone. I love it - and the content has been getting much stronger recently. If they enable you to play PS1 games on the vita I might even get a bit of use out of those.

If you like platformers you will love it - great game. The character controls and moves are excellent. Easy Platinum too.
