You people seriously moaning about this? Free Full Games, oh no, America gets two more than, **** this? 10 Free Games a Month for £40 a year aint bad, stop acting hard done by this.
If the subscription was free some people would still moan. FFS If i was on xbox i'd be paying this just to play online.

It's a great offer, but I still won't be resubbing come December. Most of those games can be bought pretty cheap now and doesn't really warrent £39.99 for the year only to lose them afterwards.

I would have done if they gave you a few to keep forever, but they are old games now and most people have already played them.

So how does this work now, then?

If I sign up today, grab those 10 games, are they mine to play forever (assuming I keep my sub active)?

Or do I have until they are rotated to play them?

There your's for as long as your a PSN+ subscriber.

When your PSN+ subscription ends your won't be able to play the games unless you buy them or resubscribe to PSN+.

More like a rental service as you never actually own the games, no thanks.

I'm playing Motorstorm Apocalypse on disc at the moment. I wonder if the download version will work with the current game save I have. I know that sometimes they do work and other times they don't. Has anyone tried it with MSA?

to anyone wondering if its worth it

its only 11.99£ for 3 months access...your guaranteed 16 games in that time, loadsa free themes/avatars , lots of discounts on other psn games/DLC's, and possibly access to betas...
cant not be worth it

Its been discussed a lot but i'm still a little confused

So tomorrow i'll be able to download everyone of these games

Virtua Fighter 5: Final Showdown
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine (70)
Chime Super Deluxe (78)
Darksiders (83)
Renegade Ops (80)
Outland (83)
Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD (82)
inFamous 2 (83)
Motorstorm Apocalypse (77)
LittleBigPlanet 2 (91)

And then every month sony will add three new games and i'll get to keep them all at the same time (hard disk space allowing)

sounds like it thomas. By the sounds of it all you would really need to do is start the download and cancel it, this would add it to your history, that way if sony swap out 3 you hadnt played, you would still have them in your history and so access to them.....unless I'm mistaken.

Havent really looked into those games personally, but there are 3 I'd marginally be interested in, though own 2 of them on disk currently anyway. Guess you could trade them in of course.

Meant to add. If only they would somehow work it that the most recent versions of the game were there for download. The games will be big enough dl without having another 5 patches afterwards to download.

Yep thats how it works, it stays in your history so you can download it. I had thought at first you only got the games for the first 4 weeks and then you lost it but nope

Interesting change to the service. Definitely one that should entice some new subscriptions. I am not sad to see the back of the PS1 classics and the minis really, I never gave them much time.
The list of games available is strong -Infamous 2, LBP2, Motorstorm, Outland and Darksiders are all great games.

There are about three titles that I do not have on the list, so I will pick those up - am interested to give Space marine another go (I briefly rented it and it seemed like a decent shooter/melee game.)

I must admit I was hoping for another feature to PS+ and some integration with the Vita. The rumours of a streaming service seemed convincing, so it is a shame that that turned out to be false...

was quite suprised Infamous was on there espicially with that just coming out but then suppose it's a Sony game so makes it look better. Disapointed that the minis will be gone had really liked some of the minis but at least now you know minis you can buy if you like them. Aparently some big ps1 classics will still come but it was too much going back to them dodgy controls and everything much prefer the newer games.

I bet! Recommend Infamous 2 and Motorstorm as a good starting point.

It's times like these I'm so glad I have BT Infinity. Set all the games to download, flick the PC on, and get some Battlefield action going

The games are massive though - Infamous 2 and Darksiders takes 25GB!!!

It's worth checking all the install and patch files too - they really add up after a while.
