Not very far into Sleeping Dogs but enjoying it so far. The combat isn't a patch on the Batman games that it attempts to emulate but it's still a mile ahead of most hand-to-hand combat titles.

Much better open-world game than Just Cause 2, which although fun for the craziness aspect, just had too much going on with little story to encourage you on with.
I think Batman combat was easier, more simplified, whereas Sleeping Dogs' after a few upgrades, you have more complex and satisfying moves than in Batman. I always take the jade statues back to the dude that teaches you new combat moves lol. I don't think there is much between the 2 but for me Sleeping Dogs fights are more varied and more fun, that's not to say I don't love Batman games they're awesome in there own right.

I think Wipeout works really well on the Vita. It looks stunning, very vibrant. Nice to be able to try the Fury and original PS3 HD tracks now too.

It's not very portable though, it wouldn't fit in your jacket pocket.

Also resistive touch screens are so 20th century

You mean size right? Because the Vita screen is about 5 millions times better than the Game Pad!

Haha, resistive plastic v OLED multitouch gorilla glass = Vita seeming out of date.

Just got an email saying what's available on Playstation plus.
It said Mortal Kombat is available for free for plus members.I went the store and and wasn't in the plus section so I did a search and found it and it said it was free for plus members. However when I tried to download it it says it not available at this time.
Has anyone else had this email?

I clicked on the link on the email, purchased it for free on the site then followed this advice
http://faq.en.playstation.com/app/an...tail/a_id/6767
It's started downloading it, I've only just joined ps plus and don't know how I'm getting this, not complaining though.

How does membership stacking work? I think my current yearly subscription runs out in about August, so if I got a new one now, would it start immediately or would it start in August?

I know Mass Effect is a trilogy so how enjoyable is Mass Effect 3 for someone who has not played the previous two games?

best play with a save from 2 in my opinion, you get to see more. I here there will be a sale for 2 and 1 when 3 get released for free.

I am a little less interested now, if I can find ME2 cheap I may give it a go. Does a ME1 save carry over to ME2 on PS3? as I think 1 was released after 2.
