As for Xbox exclusives, Alan Wake, though I prefer the PC version, Jet Set Radio Future, Shenmue II (due to the fixes and the dub), Blinx was kinda cool, I enjoyed the hell out of Gears of War 1 and 2, 3 was a bit of a let down, Table Tennis by Rockstar was pretty cool to. Plenty of XBLA titles for first times such as Braid, Lucidity, etc.

What about Nintendo games? Do you own a 360 or Wii Ash? Because most of those games you mentioned are original Xbox?

Yes I do own an Xbox 360, it's not active much these days, but it's an old model, had it since 2007, that's how I got to play Gears and the rather overrated Halo series. I actually miss the old days when the Xbox 360 was gaming focused, the Blade UI was still the best IMO. As for Nintendo, I'm not really in their graces, the only stuff I like on their console is ironically the SEGA stuff, which again seems to be the only thing drawing me into a Wii U, but I need something more than that, SEGA are brilliant, I wish they were still doing consoles.

I noticed that sometimes your posts were deleted and I didn't report them. It always pissed me off that you assumed it was me and made that public on here more than once but I don't do things like that on forums. If someone annoys me I just ignore them, something I would of thought you understood since I made that clear in that polite PM I wrote back to you.

I could never just restrict myself to something like PC and PlayStation. I'd feel like I was missing out on far too much. Each to his own though eh?

Of course I have a gamer tag, but just like with my PS3, I play a good chunk of games on a friends account to, so my main one only shows off about half really of what I've played.

I don't choose to be "restricted" to PC and PS3, but I feel it suits my gaming needs better, as you said, each to his own, I have no idea how you can hate or be dismissive of PC Gaming when there's like millions of great games throughout the years.

I have a STEAM account and a couple of games, I might use it for some Indie stuff but I am 100% happy and covered with my Xbox 360 thanks. It suits my gaming needs better......

Yes I do, I actually I have all of Vintage Classics Stuff, not sure if they'll appear on that GT though, really like what M2 have done with the emulation, along with all the options you get and unlockables, much better than those old BackBone Ports that used to be on there (which i own a few of to).

Yep they done a great job, I play SOR3 quite often. I get a bad feeling we won't be seeing much else though. I would of loved a Sonic SVC. Why didn't some of these games go to PS3? (SOR/Golden Zxe)

Oh yeah once question I will ask you since you're are at least clued up on Rockstar games. I'm enjoying a bit of a Zombie game splurge at the moment with State of Decay, but I love others like Dead Island, L4D (and trying to like Dead Rising) and was wonderg if the expansion pack (Undead Nightmare) for Red Dead Redemption is worth buying?

Depends if you liked Red Dead Redemption? The storyline is quite short but it is quite fun, it's pretty much like an alt universe version where Zombies have risen, so most of it is spent clearing out graveyards and surviving Zombie hoard attacks in the towns and stuff. If you can pick it up cheap, then yeah I'd say it's worth it, it's more akin to B-Movie Western style though, not really taking itself too serious (the game also has Bigfoots and unicorns).

As for Sonic, they're doing a re-release of Sonic 1 and 2 on the Taxman engine (one that ran Sonic CD), currently only Sonic 1 is available on iOS and Android devices, but it is coming to other platforms once bugs and stuff are fixed (so they don't have to patch it up all the time).

With our one PS+ subscription covering PS3, PSVita and now PS4 I wonder if PS4 games will be available to 'buy' from our PS3 before we buy a PS4 like we can do with Vita games at the moment.

That would be awesome if it happens.

Also what is with the Drive Club PS+ edition? Is it cut down in some way? How does it differ to the none + edition?

I hope they don't intend to ditch the Plus service on the PS3 once the PS4 is released. I've topped up my sub until September 2014 so I expect PS3 content until then.

They should put a stop to it though... what if someone now buys 2 years of Plus for their PS3?!

It won't be ditched, they said it will now be across all three platforms. And really, once the masses do go to PS4 there will be a lot of bargain basement games Sony could give for free on PS+ to sell DLC that is no longer selling as everyone is on PS4.

I cant see that happening, its going to be difficult to offer lots of games at the same quality of the PS3 release on PS4 for a couple of years. The Vita offering are largely made up of PSN games rather than full retail games and given what we have seen so far with PS+ on PS4 it looks the same way, one retail title (Albeit a PS+ edition, whatever the hell that means) and three PSN games.

Also as Plus is a good way to combat the used market (At least for me personally, I have bought a lot less used games since joining +) I think it will be around for a while on PS3. Also I doubt publisher will care much about their game been offered to PS3 users, they will get money from the poor gamers who haven't upgraded to PS4, gamers who are likely to heavily buy used games because they are cheap.

I can see PS+ been support on PS3 for at least 2years, possible longer.

I'd quite happily stick with my PS3 and Vita for another 12 months if they both remain online.
