Having a laugh with saints 3. Made my character a anorexic, old lady, running round in just her knickers and bra - looks disgusting lol, she has a lame walk and a blokes voice! Just watching her run about is funny. Actually loving this game, it doesn't care how ridiculous it is.

I loved this game from release. I played it as a twentysomething girl. If i play it again, it'll be as a tramp if I can.

Surprised its not the rumoured August line up with DMC - but happy with Need For Speed ( although I 100%'d it on my 360 ) and Lego LoTR on Vita. Will also give Spec Op's a try, as I've heard some good reports about it.

In summary
Entering PS Plus in July/August:
31st July: Need for Speed: Most Wanted
31st July: Mafia 2
31st July: Spec Ops: The Line
31st July: Lego Lord of the Rings
31st July: When Vikings Attack!

Leaving PS Plus in July/August:
31st July: Battlefield 3
31st July: Catherine
31st July: Malicious
31st July: Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus
31st July: Unit 13

Need for Speed Most Wanted is a great game to get on Plus, although personally I am disappointed its not The Run as I own Most Wanted and would have liked to play The Run. Still ultimately the better game made it to plus.

Mafia 2 was very enjoyable when I played that a couple of years ago so I might give that another go.

Spec Ops The line sounds interesting, I will be trying that out for certain as I have heard some good things about that. Plus it has co-op so something for my friend and I to play.

Also a shame Lego Lord of the Rings is Vita as I would have liked the PS3 version of that.

Another crap month [for me]. Guess I shall hold off adding my new subcription until there's a game I haven't played!

Need for Speed: Most Wanted is a good arrival for me, as I was a big fan of Burnout Paradise. Happy with that.

LEGO Lord of the Rings is terrible on the Vita, just a port of the 3DS version and its even worse. Was always wanting to play MAFIA II, but I have a massive backlog of Plus games!

Better or worse than LEGO Batman on Vita? I played that, it was alright.

Haven't play any of the games listed so looking forward to giving them a go on my PS3 and Vita.

I must admit I was against PS+ at the beginning but it has been great value for my £30 and even more so since I got a Vita.

I was the same way when Plus was introduced, but when the IGC launch I took the gamble and it really paid off. I have found the service to be extremely good value for money for me and I don't even own a Vita.

Even on months like this were I have played two out of the three games on offer, I am still getting a £10 (CEX price) game that I have been interested in for a while but never got around to picking up.

Very nice additions to the service. No interest in racing, but NFS will be useful for a spot of freeroam meandering. Mafia 2 is a fine action adventure with a solid story and dry witty script. Plus LoTR will occupy the little dude and g/f on PSV. Well played yet again Sony!

Not a great month for me but great for those who dont have many of the games.

NFS:MW is a great game - it didn't grab in the same way the Burnout Paradise did, but it is great fun.
I loved Mafia II - the shooting and driving are great and I loved the Goodfellas-lite story. Easy Platinum too.
Spec Ops - this is the one I am looking forward to. Only played a mates copy briefly, but it was great fun. Really happy about this.
Lego LOTR: rented this from lovefilm, not a great version, but decent fun. Easy platinum too.
When Vikings Attack - never really appealed to me.

Apparently When Vikings Attack! is cross play so we get both the PS3 and Vita versions

Great month for me, I haven't got any of the PS3 games. Been wanting to try out Most Wanted for ages, same for Mafia II

The people who say "another crap month for me, I have all these", I don't get why you have plus yet still buy loads of retail games.

I've not bought a game (FIFA aside) for two years so I never have the Plus games already. I decided that all my games would come from Plus so don't get anything else. That's the best way to get value, and you're given so many games that you never get close to running out of games to play, quite the opposite.

When I started out on Plus back in Feb after the £7.99 offer I actually sold the games that I had that were free on plus e.g. Uncharted Golden abyss, wipeout 2048 and some ps3 games.

Its such a ridiculously good value for money service - kicks xbox live gold in the face easily!

I find it a balancing act really, if I dont buy some games I will miss out on certain companies output. While companies like EA and Square seem very committed to Plus other publishers like UBisoft and Activision are not so if I like some of the content they put out I will have to buy the games at retail.

For me as long as overall I am getting value for money I dont mind buying some games only for them to turn up on plus later. I think some months can still be crap if the games on offer are not to your taste that month.

I have bought over 10 games since Christmas with only one hitting plus so far this year.

Thomas was Alone was a great little platformer. Its crazy how much the narration added to the game, it gave those little blocks a charming personality that carried the game.

I got 100% on it yesterday after a glitching problem with 'The Collection' trophy.

If you added this from PS+ and enjoy quirky platform games give it ago as its a great little title that will only take a few hours to get through.

This^. TWA was very enjoyable, so much so that I downloaded it for the Vita as well (it's cross-buy, so if you added it on PS+ for PS3, you'll have it for Vita too), and I even bought the 'Benjamin's flight' levels as my kids (5 & 7) absolutely love it.

Yes, PS+ is great value for money considering it's £40 a year and you get more than 60 games a year, plus all these discounts on other games and content. I've got about 10 games at the moment on my hard drive, plus another 15 or so in my downloads list, ready to be downloaded at any time. I've also downloaded all the Vita games on offer, as even though I don't have a Vita, if I ever buy one that means I automatically have some games for it.

Played through this on my Vita, just got 100% today, great little game and Danny Wallace did a great job on the narration.

I got Benjamin's flight too which was fun, my only complaint is I want more levels!
