I had it happen on one of the games previously too.

Incidentally it was also a game where a Vita version exists, but isn't Cross Buy so isn't a Plus title. I think that is the cause.

I am enjoying Spec Ops at the moment, it seems the your standard run of the mill shooter which does nothing special but is still enjoyable. One thing that annoys me though is I am a highly trained Delta who cannot jump

Seems a little clunky in places and I have encountered a few glitches. But its enjoyable enough and a decent free game.

I don't like the fact it asks if you want to lower the difficult if you die a few times. It feels like the game is rubbing it in that I have got stuck for a few tries to get through a section. On the whole though its not that hard on hard. I just wish the Veteran setting was open from the start.

Also its a typical unreal engine game

Haven't started spec ops yet. I actually got confused and was thinking it was that ghost sniper which looks good. Will get to it eventually as playiing last of us just now (70%)

I've enjoyed what I have played so far. From what I have read it is the story that makes the game special so I am looking forward to seeing how it plays out.

Games are accessible by sub-accounts (if that's what your account is), but you have download through the main account.

Saint's Row will leave on the next update, which will be at the end of the month or the start of next.

I think we may see Grid 2 soon free for psn+ subscribers.

the demo was good.

Having just finished the game I though the story was probably the best part of the game but I didn't think it was overly special. The ending was obvious well before I got near to the end.

And only 5hours on Hard is a bit of a joke, no wonder they don't allow you to play very hard from the start.

DMC next month on psn+ as word is nfs most wanted was meant to be next months games.

Well they obviously fixed it quick because it isn't anymore, was wanting to charge me £11.99 really disappointed I've missed both of the 'mistake' freebies this month.

Playing spec ops the line. Struggling a bit with controls but looks light hearted enough to give it a play through. Think im chapter 3

Not sure that the light hearted tone remains throughout being honest. I am not too far in yet. Seems pretty solid so far.

I thought Spec Ops had a pretty decent soundtrack throughout the game that worked quite well in a number of section.


The controls can be quite frustrating at times, the running and taking cover is a right pain in the ass at time especially on the harder settings when cover become crucial to your survival.

The bit that annoys me most is if you die. The reload on same section is too long you could argue not to die so much I guess

yeah the load times are terrible. On some section the load time is twice as long as I survive.

And to make matter worse you are often forced into a cut-scene after that long load which you have to wait to be able to skip :yawn:
