That is one heck of a long time. Not sure I'd have resisted the hard reset

Glad to report Dragons Dogma has finally finished installing and it only took 22 hours!! No GTA for me today, I'll have to make up for it tomorrow....

Glad I didn't have to hard power off, always a bit worried about doing that, Sony really need to implement a cancel button or just make the games install within a sensible time period.
Wow, that make my 5hour download seem ok.

I am not sure I could have held out that long myself.

I agree Sony could do with a cancel button but I cant see that been added to PS3 now let just hope things are a lot smoother on PS4.

Games on ps4 surely must come uncompressed if you are able to play while still downloading

Gave the Giana Sisters a quick go earlier and it seem like it could be a reasonable platformer. The character switching works well and the different takes on the world seemed quite good.

yeah. it does seem pretty solid. was a bit disappointed it didnt have the soundtrack from the original though.

Had a quick go on Dragons Dogma. Enjoying it so far. I think the dialogue from the pawns will get on my nerves pretty quickly though.

I thought the Metal Gear Rising demo was bloody awful, But I am really pleased to see Remember Me turn up. Been interested in that for a while.

Crikey, that's a good selection again, no way will I get a chance to play them all, but I'll at least start the download in case I ever find the time/HDD space!

Remember me sounds interesting. I've picked it up a few times in the shops.

I had it on rental from Boomerang , found it very clunky so i promptly sent it back.
Will give it another go though.

For anyone wondering...

Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is 18.5GB
Remember Me is 6.5GB
Motorstorm RC is cross-buy so we will get both PS3 and Vita version. However this is not the complete edition.
Oddworld Strangers Wrath is Vita Only.

There is no answer as to why there are only 2 PS3 games this month.

I bought Remember Me day 1 i believe and its just a bland mess

Its one of those games where nobody listen to the higher ups, so we are left with a bunch of game design mistakes, i think it was the studios first game so some of those can be forgiven though

What it boils down to is a story i can't remember a bit about, i have no idea who the villains are, what the places i visited where, who the good guys are, i only think i do remember is..

The combo system is terrible, after a while you can make longer combos and pick and choose which ones you use, the only problem with that is the longer the combo the more effective it is, so as soon as you have a long combo you will only ever use that combo as not using the best combo would just be stupid

The game is 10% good idea not fully realized, 90% Square, Square, Triangle, Square, Square, Triangle, Square, Triangle rinse and repeat

The most ironic thing about Remember Me, it will be swiftly forgotten

From PS+ Blog:

From this month PlayStation Plus membership users will be given access to two PlayStation 3 titles. The PS Vita monthly updates are remaining the same and members will have access to two PS Vita titles every month. Good news is that with the impeding launch of PS4, the great news for PS Plus members is that existing membership automatically covers PS4 as well as PS3 and PS Vita, so watch this space!”

I suppose that depends of your personal situation. As a PS3, PS Vita and future PS4 owner, I'll be getting 6 games a month.

That's phenomenal value!

As long as we can add PS4 content to our download list I am cool with that. I guess it was to be expected that PS3 content would be cut down as PS4 came into the service.

I will be extremely pissed if we cannot add PS4 content without owning the machine.

From what I gather this is nothing like a normal metal gear game, it's a hack+slash-type adventure rather than sprawling stealth epic.

Metal Gear Rising was awesome for a hack and slash and fairly difficult (hard difficulty and higher). I imagine now it's being added to PS+, the DLC will go on sale as well. The final boss... wait until you reach the final boss

Remember Me was an easy Platinum and a suprisingly enjoyble game.

I think it's still good value even without the ps4 game, and tbh it makes sense from Sony's perspective - they've got 1.5m pre-orders for ps4 apparently, a good %age of which will take ps+, so they must be expecting to give away a lot more games on ps+ in the future.

I just wish they'd been a bit more upfront about it though - they could have announced it along with the Nov games, rather than waiting till someone asked the question - it's not like we weren't going to notice.

Yeah, Motorstorm RC is cross-buy, but we usually got 3 ps3 games and any that were cross-buy on top of that (e.g. Thomas was Alone, When Vikings Attack).

I still think it is superb value, but if you're not getting a ps4, or you can't add ps4 content to your download list unless you have the console, then it is definitely not as good value as it was.

Given that I will be getting a ps4 it won't affect me that much - Sony should just have been a bit clearer about it imo.
