Yeah, Motorstorm RC is cross-buy, but we usually got 3 ps3 games and any that were cross-buy on top of that (e.g. Thomas was Alone, When Vikings Attack).
I still think it is superb value, but if you're not getting a ps4, or you can't add ps4 content to your download list unless you have the console, then it is definitely not as good value as it was. Given that I will be getting a ps4 it won't affect me that much - Sony should just have been a bit clearer about it imo. |

Happy with the PS3 content this month. Remember Me had rental written all over it so this is just as good. I am not a big fan of Platinum Games hack and slash-ers (hated Bayonetta) - but the demo for Rising was kind of fun.
I have both of the Vita titles. Motorstorm is ace, although I would expect that most vita owners would have this already. Oddworld is a great game, albeit one that never really held my attention. I must give it another go... I was not surprised to see the re-balancing of the monthly offerings with the addition of the PS4 content. It doesnt bother me particularly as I will be getting a PS4 on launch - but I can understand people who are not taking the step being a bit peeved. In terms of comms it has been handled poorly but PS+ has been exceptional value for the last 6 months or so... |

I'm interested in what they have to offer for PS4 owners as I may be getting one before Christmas. I've been a plus member for about 2 years and have loved the service so far. I really do need a larger harddrive for my PS3 though, 120Gb is just not enough. I'm not too fussed about the large downloads either thanks to the recent install of fibre optics
![]() This month does look good though. I tried the Metal Gear game at my mates house when he rented it and although it looked repetitive and a bit glitchy (I seemed to find two glitches within a half hours playtime) it was quite fun. Remember Me I've been close to buying a few times so I'm glad it's came onto this. I just don't have the time to play everything at the moment especially with Pokemon just being released. I think I'll finally have to buy a 1Tb drive for my PS3 and download everything to it. Although it'll probably get full very quickly. |

Looking at the list again this is the first month where i either own or have owned all the games, its slightly disappointing for me but still a great month for people who don't own them
Here is hoping they pull out something incredibly huge for Novembers line up, after all it will be the last one before PS4 launches |

If only they could decide how PS4 games on PS+ will work for people without a PS4 and tell us. I really don't mind less PS3 games a month if I can start adding PS4 games when they start been added to the service. If I cannot do that I will be really pissed off. |

Impressed with the recent Plus addition Far Cry 3. With it's finely tuned RPG freeroam core, slick visuals and solid narrative. Top class PS3 entertainment this one and further evidence that the 'old geezer' is here for a weighty innings yet.
Latest PS3 Plus titles don’t appeal. Vita games are both useful but already own. But as mentioned, FC3 is more than making up for this months ‘barren’ offerings. |

Yeah - Far Cry 3 is great fun. I have clocked the single player campaign and the mopped up all the collectables. I just need to clear the co-op stuff for the platinum now.
The only issue I had with the game was the voice acting of the main character. All the other characters were well acted etc. but your character really lacked charisma. I would still like Sony to confirm how the online play access will work on the PS4. I really hope it is tied to the machine and not to the profile. Having to buy two subscriptions would really suck..... |

Ps+ is good but is there anyone out there manages to get through each game before the next batch? I know it's about choice but there's almost too much for me. Can't keep up with it. I almost welcome ps3 dropping a game each month.

It's now possible to pre-order PS4 titles on the SEN website and USA PS Store on a PS3. Hopefully this will be extended to the PS+ PS4 content. It's certainly looking hopeful.

I do manage to play all the games I really want to play though and try to give the others at least a quick go to see what they are like. GTA5 isn't helping much either as I can see that keeping me busy for at least a few more weeks. |

Whilst I get more free time to game than most (I don't work a standard 9-5), I still never have had an occasion when I was able to play all the free games before the next set were available. In fact I have a huge backlog of unplayed plus freebies and haven't even had chance to play some of the games I bought on the store either.
I'm sure if the PS3 was my only system I might be able to get through them a bit more but my time is divided between the PC and 360 (and the Wii on occasion). To help me store all the plus games I got a 750GB HDD a year or so ago but even filled that recently. I do worry that if Sony pulled the older games from the store I would potentially lose £100s of games I haven't had the chance to play but I would hope there would be at least a good few years before anything like that by which time I hope I would have played all the real must play games like Red Dead Redemption etc. I also have lately been concentrating on playing my boxed games first and then selling them once completed as I am slowly trying to phase out my boxed games in favour of digital titles which I hope to move to almost exclusively with PS4, already more or less done it on the PC with Steam. |

At first all I thought was return on my ps plus sub, so likes of traded my bf3 disc and use tge digital version. Now I'm sort of swaying and wishing id just have kept the disc and saved the hdd space. Depends my mood how I look at it.

Are we due an annual change soon? We had PS3 didn't we, aren't Vita Uncharted & Gravity Rush the yearly games due for switching?
Not that I'd have any time to play them but just wondering... |

I've done the hard one - downloaded Metal Gear Rising - 19GBs - it better be worth it.
I haven't got a big HDD but it does focus the mind on whether or not you really want to play the game. Saints Row 3 and Mafia 2 get dumped to create space. They were okay, as far as I was concerned, but not good enough to clog up my HDD. Keep it lean and relevant. |

There's also an internet radio app called TuneIn Radio which is currently free (normally £0.79). It's also cross-buy.
I've been waiting for something like this since the internet radio players became available on the PSP. |

Nothing was mentioned in the store update of the blog about the new Plus content going live yesterday which suprised me.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – Aveline Figurehead DLC is currently free on PS+ for two weeks.
Still no sign of Guacamelee!. Doesn't seem like anyone knows what's happening with that. |
