Just installed this on my 3GS & love it. The multitasking is the nuts.

well if you log onto face book you can upload videos / photos but there is no option to upload from the camera roll and a thought that the email was going to be thread'ed like say all the messages from the same sender under the 1 thread not multiple ones ?

also facebook has just updated today with the ability to watch facebook videos now

FYI to those asking about facebook features on iOS4... facebook hasn't been updated yet apparently to have full iOS4 capability, so maybe thats why certain things are missing. Even the new version just released for facebook might not be fully compatible with iOS4!

well it seems alright to me on the ios4 gm version, anyways if that's the case then most of the apps are designed to work on the 3.0 os so in theory are incompatible with ios4?

Just read the apple update and I won't be getting multitasking on my 3g then Gutted.

Only for the same subject, not the same sender.

E.g if you are sending emails backwards and forwards to Joe Bloggs, with the subject "Accounts" they are all bunched together.

If you jailbreak you can. I put ios4 on my 3g last night and with redsn0w you can activate the Multitasking and wallpaper.

Works well on my phone, so i don't no why it wasn't originally planned for it.

The downside is, of course, that any applicable warranties will be null and void...

I don't know for sure, but most features are meant to be supported by the 3G. It's mainly multitasking you don't get.

i saw a post saying that the 3G one was released at 10am PST which will be some point late afternoon tomorrow

they also said the servers were badly lagged for that day

Jailbreak iOs4 for the 3g and put the wallpaper and multitasking on. Iv'e had no problems.
