A day missing or an hour repeated?

Sorry if this has been mentioned before. At the end of TEH, as the TARDIS dematerialises, the camera focuses on a clock on the console. The time displayed is around 12:00.

The numbers flick past, but rather than go 12, 1, 2, etc., they go 12, 12, 1.

Any thoughts?

I suppose. I just thought it got undue prominence in the shot.

It also switches to says it's midday (PM) when it's clearly night outside; the same thing happens with the clock in Amy's bedroom in Flesh Stone despite it being night again (and not located in a time machine this time!).

Once could be a production mistake, but twice?
