Problem is some shows don't advertise holiday dates and those that do don't always have them for everyone. Box offices sometimes know. Ticket agencies rarely. Some shows are on

Some shows have alternates on some days a week - most announce this.Don't think Grease does - it certainly doesn't announce it.
The best thing would be for someone to ask Lauren to post her holidays on twitter or somewhere else if she is allowed to.
Even then you have sickness - and entire shows seem to catch each other's germs - and you have accidents like poor Tamzin Outhwaite who sems to have hit herself in the eye with her baton in her baton dancing routine and says on twitter she looks like she's been battered and can't see to dance

The upside with Grease is thats its easier to get tickets for than many shows - theres been empty seats when I have been which you won't find if you go down the road to Les Mis .....
I have been to Grease twice hoping to see Siobhan and had Faye the understudy both times...........
