Hi, the internet on my mobile phone (samsung tocco lite) has been down for 3 days!! and the call center wont listen to me!
Day 1:- phone up, asked to switch phone off and on again constantly for 45 mins, eventually transfered to tech supprt who advise there are internet issue that should be resolved within an hour. Promised to call me next day to check
Day 2:- no call back! Call again and am told there is an internet issue tat started today, and there wasno prob the day before?!? but im told it can taje 72 hours for repair!
Day3- Still not working, phone again to be told there is no prob with internet, and to switch my phone on and off again!
