I saw 16 Blocks listed as coming on TCM/HD on my sky week web letter.
Don't know if coincidence but '16 Blocks' is on TCM on 30th July and also showing in HDon BBC1 HD on the 7th .

Good news and bad news - we will lose the occasional alternative events screened on Eurosport International HD but not on British Eurosport.

Channel 4 web site says that 4Seven will be 140 on Sky from tomorrow.

So Channel 4 HD will be moving presumably.

Just to remind people as its only a few weeks away, If you are a Sky HD subscriber, you will temporarily have access to Sky 3D for the duration of the Olympic games. (no Sky World required)

Where did you hear about this?
Is it for all subscribers or just us with the HD pack?

It was announced back in April. It will be available to all those with the HD pack, opening up the channel to over 4 million potential households, rather than the usual 250,000+ for the duration of the Olympics.

It's available as part of Sky’s HD monthly subscription.

You realise only when Star Plus goes high-definition that HD has really come of age!

Good to see a bit of International culture in the HD section.

Wow, it was a big day today- first Asian channel in HD! Unfortunately though I don't have Star Plus.

If some of the View Asia channels were to go HD, could they be included in the same package or would they have to be in Sky's HD Pack? Please someone tell me that they don't have to be in the HD Pack (I don't have that)!

Anyone know if any other Asian channels are likely to go HD soon?

British Eurosport HD has started today (replacing the international feed) and the HD swap has applied so for those with HD subs the line up is now

410 Eurosport HD
411 Eurosport 2
412 Eurosport

The "UK" has been dropped from the previous SD channel names.

Eurosport 2 HD due to start on or about 3 September.

I assume they're still not included in the Sky Sports package?

British Eurosport and British Eurosport 2 are in the Entertainment Extra pack. To get the HD versions you need the HD pack also.

jimbo is reporting on the Sky forum News thread that TCM HD is testing on 10.921H under banner 3811.

Unfortunately the parameters of that transponder are not receivable on a Sky box so most of us will have to wait until it launches.

With British Eurosport 2 HD due to start around 3rd September and BBC Two HD not too far off now (plus the BBC One HD National Regions) it will hopefully be an interesting autumn.

Now if only Film 4 HD and More 4 HD would get a move on...

This is a Sky HD forum.
Yes, I know that, as FilmFour HD is exclusive to Virgin, I was pointing out how to get the channel

I am also well aware that Film 4 HD is on Virgin. That is irrelevant to this thread/forum as tt1986 says. Clearly I am on about wanting it to get a move on coming to Sky HD. I suspect not many people with Sky HD are going to have Virgin HD boxes as well (yourself excepted of course) or will get one to view one extra HD channel.
