Cannot delete file due to file restrictions
Any ideas what causes "Cannot delete file due to file restrictions" on an HDR?
This has happened twice where something appears to be corrupted on one external drive. First time I couldn't copy into a folder and second time I have a folder with (0) after it but there are two programmes inside the folder which play back perfectly! In both cases I can rename the folder but cannot delete it. I tried deleting it on my (Linux) PC but it is the same. An empty folder but cannot delete it. The folders are not protected and have had only SD content inside. I renamed one folder CORRUPT nd tried doing the same with the second hoping I might be offered a merge. Not possible. So now I named them CORRUPT and CORRUPT2. I'm confused! Any ideas folks? |
