Nadia should be considered as a woman. She's probably gone through a lot of pain and torment to become one.
Unfortunately, you can spot her past from two things hormones will have no effect on. First, is the size of her head and face. The second is her voice. Nadia has a male bone structure and proportionally much bigger head, jaw and face area than a genetic female would have. Her voice obviously broke before she changed her gender and there is no way to really change it, other than adopting an affected and squeaky voice.
I agree with the views on here that she should be respected and not termed as 'it' or 'that' etc. People who use that sort of cruel terminology should look at themselves as people before being offensive to others.
