If anyone other than Nadia even raises the question, then her immediate reaction is going to be to ask how they knew, which would be very awkward.

It's just a feeling, but I get the impression that she thinks she's very feminine and that no-one else suspects, in which case if someone suddenly asked, she'd probably be mortified that she looked masculine enough for someone to suspect in the first pace, IYSWIM.

It's possible that she's aware that she doesn't look overtly feminine and thus wouldn't be too offended if someone twigged, but frankly I don't think so.
