Whats the best msic program currently on tv? On channels such as MTV, ITV, BBC1 etc.

CD:UK is the best imo. It has loads of exclusives like Atomic Kittens new one and Riva ft. Danni Minogues new one, a week before it appeared on MTV.

TOTP is second.

CD UK is also made better because its on for a hour.

CDUK is just your typical commerical nonsense who wouldn't recognise talented muscians if they hit them in the face. TOTP is much the same too, but then I suppose it's not the program makers faults cos they do play whatever is in the charts. Therefore I blame the poor state of Music Television on the British Public who buy Westlife, Five, Atomic Kitten, nu-metal and hip hop tripe.

Later with Jools Holland is a good show because everyone performs live and he has a good range of artists, must of whom are extremely talented and produce great music.

For music programmes I'd stick with the Radio if I were you!

For a programme which is thoroughly researched and where they spot up and coming artists long before anyone else, try No Disco on Tara (Saturdays).

Later with Jools Holland is excellent program for different kinds of music and ToTP 2 for the look back on all the old hits from yesterday. CDuk is the worst because it has commerical crap on it all the time.
