Could it be that the "Amy" that the Doctor picked up in the Eleventh Hour isn't really the real Amy? Could the Doctor have been planted a spy by the Alliance?

Maybe after the events of next weeks episode if time is rewritten the Doctor ends up meeting the Real Amy and going off with her.
