According to today's Daily Mail (don't bite me, it has a good puzzle section, according to my partner) Kitten is being rather duplicitous about her past. According to her, she worked as a prostitute in London, and had a rough deal.
People who knew her then have a different story. (Can't quote the full article so will summarise) She comes from a middle-class background, described by old friends as an 'idyllic upbringing' and, when she was supposedly being pimped in London, was actually at a sixth form college in Hull. She then worked in fruit & veg shops.
It was only afterwards she became an activist.

The same article alleges that Vanessa has had sex sessions with footballer Alan Smith, and reports that Victor has a steady girlfriend and a son. Hope she is watching and dumps him quickly.

I also read that Kittens very well of parents sent her to public school and bought her a house to live in

Well no offence to the daily mail but people can know other people but that doesn't mean they are close to them or knew their exact movements for those years. Kitten could have easily skipped college for a few months and went down to London and got into the trouble. Its easily done and has happened many a time to many people.

Even more reason to explain Kittens views, shes rebelling against life because of her parents and how they possibly treated her.

I still haven't made up my mind about Kitten, but I do know the Daily Mail are full of sh*t, so I'll reserve judgement on this one.

I'm not particularly bothered whether her proffered past is the truth or not. There's another HM who must have a past as equally traumatic but hasn't become as troublesome as 'Kitten', and that's Nadia. Consider how awful Nadia's past must have geniunely been to her.

People who feel really strongly about issues are working tirelessly day in day out to change things without tv cameras pointing at them. She's the sort of 'activist' that gives any protest a bad name.

Kitten's attitudes are far from unusual amongst the children of wealthy parents who are often preoccupied with their careers and think that everything can be eased with the application of money rather than time and love. It is often precisely those who seem to have everything handed to them on a plate who seem to rebel against capitalism, perhaps seeing money as a poor substitute for affection, time and having someone listen to and reassure them

It will be very sad if it turns out she lied about some of the things she said.

She doesn't seem to have a very good education. She's unable to structure a sentence properly.

Listen to her speak. She never completes a sentence and always changes her mind in the middle.

Well she has just admitted that she pretended to be deliberately obnoxious to get into the house. Victor agrees with her that he did exagerate some of his arguments at the auditons.

Someone should tell her she can stop now she's in.

That probably has more to do with how insecure and nervous she really is, than her education.
