Pre-ordered the de-luxe CD and the LP from HMV.
Usually get pre-ordered items from HMV Friday/Sat before release date.

Get Outta My Way is my fave i think! it stands out the most but my Mum is gonna love the album for sure, it's no Confessions which as i have said so many times over (i apologise if i get boring)was the best pop album of the past decade for me!
but Aphrodite kinda holds it's own, the best thing she's done since 2002 put it that way! fans will be so happy i'm sure.

Stop it!!!

Just watched her on Jonathan Ross. She sang 'All The Lovers' and 'Love At First Sight'. Brilliant. Such a lovely classy woman. She is also joining the Scissor Sisters on stage at Glastonbury this weekend.

Amazing wasn't it, All the lovers has already climbed two spots on itunes. Would love for love at first sight to re enter the top 40.

Nice immature dig and you dare brand others....

Get Outta My Way is fantastic, I've played it about 200 times.

Why do you need to bring up Confessions?! Dont start another fan war. People prefer different things but if its going to start arguments, perhaps you shouldn't say it.

For those who have heard the album, is, by chance 'All the lovers' any different i.e. album version.

Also, what is meant to be the second single?

I think its only come up because Stuart Price who produced this album also produced Confessions for Madonna which is what people hoped he would repeat for Kylie. Its no biggie and the Confessions comparison makes far more sense than the very baiting nature of the Bionic one.

Get Out Of My Way is the 2nd single and ATL is only 3 secs longer than the single so not really

But 'Confessions On A Dancefloor' is a disco concept album that Madonna requested. She wanted :
a) A song like Donna Summer's 'I Feel Love' - Future Lovers
b) Pet Shop Boys 'West End Girls' - Jump
c) Jackson 5 'Can You Feel It Sorry' - Sorry
d) Abba - Hung Up obviously

Amongst others

When Stuart went to work with Kylie it wasn't about a concept it was about bringing out her strengths which is pure dance pop. Stuart has produced many artists and I think it's boring to keep bringing up Confessions (which i love)

No one does pure pop like Kylie and no one ever will. Almost 25 years now and there's no one that's even close to her. Kylie is the Queen of pure pop with no gimmicks.

I Managed to secure the album at the weekend

For me the stand out track has to be 'Closer'. 'Can't Beat The Feeling' is a standout track also. Overall the album gels as one and really not one duff song....a fair few songs could be singles but not sure any would claim the number one spot on the charts.

Very Much in the vain of 'Fever' and for me a few tracks could have apeared on the 'Body Language' album also.

Wonder how 'All The Lovers' will fare this week now its on full release....
