Was just about to download OS4 when a message came up to say I had some purchased items & I should put them in the library before going ahead, I can't see where to do it.

can anyone help plse & tell me how to go about it?

It means you should back up your phone before upgrading the os, as you've purchased something on the phone. A sync should sort it out.
