3d telly on a wall
buying a 3d tv and need it to be wall mounted
above eye level so ill be looking up to he screen will this be ok to view 3d |

You'll still get the 3D affect but, if it's too high i.e.over a fireplace, viewing won't be very comfortable.
Just because it's a flat panel and it can be wall mounted, why would you want it so much higher than one on an av stand or how you use to view crt? They do look better a little higher, but too high they look ridiculous IMO, and uncomfortable to view. Personally I wouldn't mount a display so the middle of the screen was an higher than 4ft off the floor. This is how I have my 50", though I would say smaller screens would need to be a little lower. |

The 3d effect will work regardless.
But above eye level is simply a poor choice, ruins the whole point of wall mounting and all that trouble if its at the wrong height for comfortable viewing. |
