Hi john, all recordings will remain on the hard disk drive so no problems there. All of your scheduled recordings will still be active once the set top box is powered back up, so basically all you need to do is after returning the power to the equipment you need to boot the box up either by pressing the on/off button on the front of the box or by pressing the on/off button on the remote control. Once the box has booted up it restores the clock to the correct time and everything should be hunky dory.

a big thank you to gaseos Clay for his speedy reply to my query regarding my foxsat pvr, after a power cut.ive had a few sleepless nights worrying about this.so basically after power is restored to my house all i do is plug in foxsat to mains ,power it up and everything is back to normal.once again a big thank you for your speedy response

![]() Correct but don' be surprised if the box appears to boot and then go's back to sby. If you want to check your schedule you have to press on a 2nd time. |
