Ok I am not up on these sorts of things so here goes.

I currently have a Samsung J700 and it had a USB cable and CD which I am told is for connecting to a laptop/ PC.

I was looking at getting the updated version of the J700 and apparently it doesnt come with the disc or USB cable.

Does anyone know why?
