They're fake (see above). Unless they come from a reliable source, they're fake.

Although it shows how gullible some are.

World Cup gone into extra time...

*cue posts of how it affects BB's rating tonight *

Should be a big peak tonight. There was a combined BBC/ITV peak of 20.5 million after the 2006 world cup final went to extra time and penalties.

Brilliant, the worst thing that could happen to ny show is to be on now.

Yes BB will probably recieve its lowest ever ratings. Everyone needs to watch on C4+1 I guess.

The match is annoying me a lot now... i diont see any end in sight, they will probably take 30 penatlies before anyone wins.

They don't 'need' to. You can't force people to watch! I don't understand why you think Big Brother is so important ratings wise nowadays - and I don't understand why 'you' fans need to discuss ratings constantly.

OK, its going to get 'crushed'. So what - woopedo. Won't mean much in the long term - doubt Channel 4 will grieve over one poor rating.

Jeez, just enjoy the show regardless of what is against it and whether it has 2m or 3m.

The response above by a select few was quite frankly, laughable and gullible.

Calm down ... some people just like seeing shows do well, thats all.

As discussed yesterday, talking about BB ratings every day is no different than speaking about ratings for other shows, and at least its more relevant to the thread than random broadcasting news that gets posted in here all the time.

Quite a lot of post-match coverage, wonder whether this will drag averages down a lot for both channels.

Both programmes now finished practically at the same time

BBC1's closing montage and credits were so long than they actually wrapped up their programme first but went off air last!

Due to it being a 'school night' I expect James Corden's ratings to be quite low, as it is now firmly in the South Bank Show slot!

Basically, STOP obsessing over Big Brother.
