Jason Derulo - "Going Solo"
In the J.Derulo's "riding solo" music video have any of you noticed, that Mr Derulo has a similar swag to him alike M.J and C.Brown.
Surely not, but he is trying too hard to act like a hero (legend) |

* Riding Solo.
Yeah I know what you mean. I get the impression that his label are pushing him to be the new Chris Brown seeing as there's a gap in the market since CB's career is a bit...****ed. Both try and emulate MJ, but for me...CB is a much more natural dancer. That VMA performance he did years back was incredible, including a mini MJ tribute. JD looks kind of awkward and forced in his movement in my opinion... To be honest, Justin Timberlake is the one to beat. Don't rate him that highly (he seems pretty obnoxious), but he has the hits, the moves, the voice, the following and respect. |

I don't know what the hell Jason Derulo is trying to be. In the Ridin Solo video, it's like he's trying to be MJ, Usher, Chris Brown, all rolled in one and it comes across as so wannabish. It's like go find your own ''swagger'' or whatever you want to call it.

"Jason Derulo - 9 Hits in 1 Album" What is that all about, surely you can't say 9 hits when he has only realistically had three so far |

What annoys me with Jason derulo is how i have seen people compliment him on being talented and being a great vocalist
Well if he is a great vocalist, why is he so badly auto tuned. Plus, i think he is a Usher and chris brown rip off. Regardless of what chris brown did to rihanna, he can sing and dance and is talented. |

I'll never forgive him for butchering 'Hide & Seek' in his sample.
Or mutilating 'Bittersweet Symphony'. ...or 'In My Head' being curiously similar to 'Just Dance'. You can actually sing JD lyrics over IMH and it fits perfectly. May just be a coincidence...but judging by his sticky fingers when it comes to others tunes, it makes me wonder...

heard him sing I think it was this song on radio 1 live lounge he sounded so different without the autotune....all three of his songs released so far have some sort of autotune in them, why is he so reliant on it if he is a talented chap??....I'm guessing by the title of the album they want to milk the album for as a many hits as possible ala. gaga/rihanna etc....don't find him all that...xxo

The only reason I can tell the difference between Chris Brown and Jason Derulo is because the latter sings his own name at the beginning of all his songs. True story.

I prefer Usher's previous material to this OMG stuff, but one can't deny that he's managed to keep himself relevant after 12 years as a solo artist, and is still churning out the hits Neither of them will ever come close to being the new MJ, which they both obviously want to be. I find it amusing that Usher has probably discovered Justin Timberlake's eventual replacement in Justin Beiber. |

I'm not MJ's biggest fan but i don't get why all these wannabe jacko's like jason derulo are blantally copying him. Micheal had he's own style, jason, chris brown etc should come up with there own.
am suprised that shite riding solo has sold over 300k, he sounds like a budgie on drugs who has just had his throat slit. |

at the begining of the Riding Solo video, theres another song he is singing at a piano that goes something along the lines of "your love made me blind", is this a song from his album?

To be honest J.Derulo "Riding Solo" sounds like he was in a major operation getting his tonsils removed.
However when asked by the doctor, whether he needed some anaesthetic. JD extravagantly replied "I'm Going Solo" "I'm Going Solo" |
