Basically the no-catch offer does have a catch, if you signed up to receive the cheque back you cannot submit your claim until 11th July by post, the closing date is the 18th July 2010, which wasnt explained in the T&C's to start with and no good if the post is delayed or you are away, they also wont release the claim forms until the morning of the 12th so even less time.
