bt what a joke

i recived my online bill toady it was 87 for the month .thats tel and broadband .i was charged twice for line rental and broadband and the wrong price 24,99 when it should have been 21,99 phoned bt got cut off 3 times and they told me
they cant help AS THEY CANT SEE THE BILL .iwas told to phone back in 2 days they said they have a new billing now so the bill should right tried telling them its double what it should be they said its your calls then i said i havent made any calls i can see it on line they was cut off.

That sounds like a typical call to BT customer services, I'm glad I jumped ship.

We have cancelled our account with BT after a series of cocks ups in their bills, failing to provide us a line, failing to provide broadband when we moved, failing to answer the phone, failing to call us back - the usual!

We managed to finally get help from a member of their care team after posting on here. He agreed BT had breached their contract with us, and therefore we would be free to look elsewhere for a provider without termination charges. Four days later, we get a letter from BT saying we have to pay £133 termination charges

I have decided to get rid of BT 2 months early and move my Telephone line to SKY with my calls. Mainly because BT don't do the bills monthly unless you use direct debit.

Like many of you on here I have been cut off numerous times trying to talk to customer services.

If you get their foreign call centre and ask for a certain department to be put through to them and they say that they can't do it which is BS.

I have had many a time a foreign customer service cannot understand what the hell I am saying.

I was fed up of BT keep cutting off my line for no reason and the list goes on.
