I will be sure to notify Mr Tickle of your general impatience with him. I understand he is holding sermon at this moment though.

I missed the link as well. Jon has written an complete article, you have to click on the link next to 'day 1'.
Here's the direct link.

http://bigbrother.digitalspy.co.uk/article/ds6111.html

and it is a WEEKLY column, as DS says, so that means the next article is on Friday.

Well said Fed. The only bit I could add is that BB5 looks interesting at present but will the great unwashed ruin the show again. I would love to see more of Daniel, think he could be a dark horse.

So, based on a few postings in a forum on that so serious topic, Big Brother, you think you probably have an insight into my childhood?

Did your ghost writer come up with that? If not, perhaps truly you have got a chance of making a career in tabloid journalism. But if your preferred style is to continue to respond to readers who rattle your cage, perhaps it would be better to choose an outlet with a small circulation.

As I am responding to your posts, I am surprised you called me mundane, a mundane person is oft defined as one who is mired in the commonplace, the ordinary. I thought you had higher self-regard than that.

Me, I don't think I am being concerned with the ordinary. I think it is quite extra-ordinary that somebody who is employed because he was a Big Brother housemate, resorts to asking for input from the fans. If the Daily Record wanted a "fans eye view" column, they would have employed a fan (in the style of some of the people recruited to appear on BBLB).

Feel the force, don't rely on feedback as a prop.

Welcome to the world of journalism - just cater for the lowest common denominator and you'll be fine

So we're getting to see those polaroids after all?

Told you so

Don't take it personally - all those magazines are strict about 'house styles'. In other words every single damned article has to read as if it were written by the same person.

Anyway, excellent piece for the Record. You actually made my better half laugh. You don't need any help from us lot, just keep up the acerbic style and you'll be fine. It's a perfect antidote for all the bland and sycophantic articles about BB in the press.

Good work Fedmeister

Competently written, generally quite insightful. The difficulty is being objective: whether one is able to strike the perfect balance between a level headed angle on things and a high level of personal input. But I guess that's your brief though: to let your own experiences inform and inspire you to comment on this year's bunch??

You enjoying this year's BB?

I'm sorry, but I can't stand this Fed. I get that you have a valid, even inciteful, opinion and you want to get it across in a way which impresses people with your intelectual prowess. However just like your inability to pronounce the letters TH (sounding like Polly on The Bill) you completely undermine your efforts with your misuse of the language. Your lack of basic grammar and spelling, contrasted with your ambitious use of random "big words" from the thesaurus, make you sound like a 1970's union leader (like Mick McGahie, who said "I deny the allegation and defy the alligator").

In the spoken word, Fed, I am a fan. In the written word, I'd suggest getting the subs at The Record to submit your posts here, to save you from further embarassment.
