I can't see Cheryl Cole appearing in this series as she will be involved with the XFactor in the UK at the same time. However, I can well see her appearing next year especially if she becomes a judge on the US version of the XFactor.

Not many people on there that excite me but we'll have to wait and see. Am I right in thinking that Vera Wang was a figure skater originally? If so, she could be quite good (if she's actually taking part).

About pros for next season (info from Twop): No Dmitry (per his own tweet), no Jonathan but he gets the hopeless cases anyway; no Lacey. Karina Smirnoff will probably be back - she tweeted something like "I've got great news" - and Julianne may be back. Looks like Kym is gone for good

But she was the equivalent of John Sergeant - a very very bad dancer. That's why people were watching, not because she was a reality star. No-one could believe quite how awful she was on the dance floor!

They are casting a lot reality stars. Yuck. They are a huge rating draw because reality shows are killing in the ratings right now especially in the summer. Jersey Shore is very popular and the guy they call the "situation" Mike is rumoured. He is nothing but trouble. David Hasselhoff is a strong rumour. We will see soon enough. Jon Gosselin will pull in the ratings just like his ex wife. Wouldn't it be ironic if he actually has rhythm?

I like the idea of Sig Hansen because even though he is on a reality show Deadliest Catch is more like a documentary and Sig actually has a vocation instead of reality star.

Another rumour that has popped up over on TWOP is Kirstie Alley dancing with Maks.

I don't like Dmitri but he wasn't in the last season and nor was Lacey, i thought it would be their turn.
