Hi, Wonder if someone can help me.

I have a small proline TV (sorry, don't know model etc). When I switch it on there's no sound and I have to manually turn the sound up.

I have gone into the menu and reset the sound level and pressed save, but it doesn't seem to remember the setting once the TV has been turned off and on again.

This has only happened recently.

I can't find any other setting related to sound.

You need to give the model no...it's on the rear label, that way the TV manufacturer can be identified and advice given.
Various makes/models of TVs are rebadged by Comet as Proline...they don't manufacture anything themselves.

When you say turn it off and on again do you mean in and out of standby? If so try powering it off completely for several minutes - long enough to make yourself a nice, calming cup of tea.
