I know what you mean if it fantastically expensive even if you live in the UK to get there and buy tickets - I have tickets for the touring production of Hairspray which is great but this quality of show is so few and far between in the regions so Danielle must be in seventh heaven - she should enjoy it now cos once she is doing "8 shows a week" she won't get the chance

Apparently Danielle, Lauren and Sophie spent yesterday at Andrew's house!

Sophie's been tweeting Lauren to put some pics up on her facebook, hopefully it's pics from yesterday.

What a step up it must be for the 3 of them, Danielle and Sophie regular school kids and lauren looking for her break now they get to spend days at the ALW house just for fun and 2 of them will be fronting west end productions.

To say so much has changed for them in 3 months would be a massive understatement.

Seeing Danielle at wicked must have been so cool. I think I would have done the double/triple/infinite take just to make sure it was her also. Did you approach her?

And I can't say I blame her! I try to see as many shows as I can on discount, but if I had the connections to see more for less (or for free!) then the only things I'd have to worry about would be (a) hoiding down a full-time job and (b) affording a place to live in London.

Thanks for the 4th of July wishes, everyone! I wasn't online tonight because I was downstairs with my family watching our favorite 4th of July musical, 1776! I'm not sure how much I'll be online tomorrow, either, because it's the Federal holiday and we're having a cookout/garden party, and we're having friends over later tonight as well.

That's fun about Sophie's and Lauren's tweets. It's so cool that they and Danielle got to hang out at ALW's house. I really admire how he stays in touch with the contestants from his shows, and mentors them in their careers. I also sometimes wish Danielle had a Twitter, but I fear that if she did she would get harassed by silly people even worse than Sophie was when she first got her Twitter. It's nice that she has her Facebook fan page.

Can I ask what the best way is to get discount tickets that are decent seats? If I go back to London next month I've about 6 shows at least I would like to see but paying £60 a ticket makes it impossible (as does being there for only 3 days).

Danielle is lucky her full time job doesn't start properly until nov/ dec. She can call her excessive theatre going research.

Most random thing in my day!
I go to an interview, in a college situated in some random side streets in central London. I go to the second floor out of about 7, walk into a room out of about 20 on that floor and who do I hear shout OMG but Miss GARP over there Then it turns out my interview wasn't even for that day! Fate I tell you
