My daughter went on her school trip to New York today....

ahh just watched a results otr programme where stephanie goes out and picked up on a few things. First when the dorothys are asked who they think would struggle most in the west end i find it ironic that they only pick out 3 and in actual fact they were the 3 that had not yet been in the bottom 2! Weird how things work.
Secondly does anyone find it strange that Stephanie was a lot better at singing than she ever was at acting. She's even told that on the show! Yet, she has ditched the singing and gone to be in hollyoaks which requires acting.
Finally I love when Stephanie is singing over the rainbow and crying just before her big note. Steph mouths you can do it. How lovely of her!!! Anyway I'm off to bed Been up way too late! Damn otr and Danielle! See yaaa

Hollyoaks doesn't require much acting. a pillar of wood would do as a character. I have watched it. But it's not good tv. it can be entertaining sometimes. Also Stephanie probably can act quite well, good enough for a soap anyway.
maybe She can sing sometimes on the show and brighten it up a bit. I do like her voice.

Let's face it there are a lot of good singers out there. It's hard to be successful. Being soap actress is nothing to be ashamed of. The whole country watches them. you get loads of money. A sell out maybe... But there is no need to be a martyre if you are not that passionate about MT. A tv role means more money.
