Just downloaded this new firmware, it is supposed to fix several problems including the nokia ringtone fault. My phone seems faster and the ringtone is working properly so far, fingers crossed Nokia have got something right with this phone at last.

They do tend to get it right ..... eventually.

And in one case so far, they've got it right at the outset - 5230 had no reliability problems on v11. v20 just made it a little nicer to use.
