Generally speaking, people don't work for the same company indefinitely.

It's also been posited that after a year the big salary, that is paid for by the TV production company is 'adjusted' so there is less incentive to remain.

According to that article, he has worked there for two years. That seems about right, most people building up their expertise don't work for one firm more than two years. I don't think there is anything fishy about it.

Did he actually work for AmScreen for two years, or is that just what his CV says?
