Hello to all you good forum members again.
My Sky HD 12 month contract ends in a couple of months, and I was trying to get the best programme deal for the least cost. I presently use BT Broadband, with a broadband speed of 7 mgs. (Just Checked)
My query is, at present, with Sky, I enjoy watching a few of the documentaries, either on the docs channel, or the entertainment channel.
Are there similar channels, with documentaries etc. on BT vision, or are these channels restricted to Sky.
I am referring to channels like Aircrash Investigation; Banged up Abroad; Airline etc.
I would be obliged if someone could give me any information on this matter. Thanks for all info given.

Evening
The only Documentary Channels on BT Vision at the mo are the ones available through Freeview.

Quest, Sky3 and Five/Fiver are the most likely to carry documentaries/programmes like those you've mentioned........

As for BT Vision On demand content, They have agreements with Discovery, History, National Geographic.

This is a link to all on demand at the moment...

Many, many thanks for that information Dave 1403.
Taking into account the cost of BT vision, plus the on demand, I have worked out that BT vision would NOT be any cheaper than SKY.
As I think Sky is expensive for the amount I view it, which is just the odd documentary, and the fact that there are proposals to increase the cost, I think when my contract expires in a couple of month, I will cancel it completely, and continue with Freesat only.
Many thanks again Dave 1403.
