I don't think it can be done because you need 2 men who'll swing both ways to go either side of the 2 gay men.

I think you then end up a bit short of straight men. You need Stuart - Marco - Dan - Jason to, erm, satisfy the gay guys, and likewise Michelle - Kitten - Emma, but then you have too many straight women left over. Unless we play the Nadia card.
