Milky Joe

I'm not sure how entirely true this is but heard on the local radio earlier that Kitten is due in court next week for not paying some fines

Dont know more than that though as i did hear it off my own resident local radio listener (me mam ).

PMSL

Even I'd tune into Wimbledon for that, she'd put McEnroe's antics to shame.

So if it is true there will be more fines for non-attendance.

Maybe they will issue a warrant for non attendance and come to the BB house to get her !!

No if she's in court for already not paying and doesn't turn up they'll probably issue a warrant immediately.

Unless someone pays the outstanding fines, which sodemall would probably arrange.

That could be the funniest twist ever.

Would she see that as oppression ?

this is getting more and more like "dead famous" by the minute....

Surely endemol wouldn't have been that lax in their vetting procedures. though it would explain my surmises on another thread about her getting past the psychologists.

first bb housemate to be interviewed by the constabulary instead of davina, what an evil twist...

I think Endemol would be rubbing their hands with glee at the thought of Kitten being dragged out the House kicking and screaming by 2 of Londons constabulary in full view of the cameras, in fact I can see them negotiating with the police to do it live on the Friday show!!

So it kinda becomes more and more obvious why they'll have her out of that house by the weekend!

Brilliant that is the way to get rid of the woman, and The Met cannot claim to not know where she is, just because she is not at her stated address.

BB: Can Kitten come diary room please.

Kitten: Hello Big Br.......... who the hell are you?

PC: Katherine Pinder, I have a warrant for your arrest on a charge of non appearance at court and non payment of fines. You have the .....etc etc etc. Please come with me. PC Smith clap her in irons.

BRILLIANT.

Endemol dont actually vet you they tell you to get a convictions sheet from the police which costs £10, if you tell them any convictions you have they will let you in, unless its GBH or ABH or any kind of conviction for assault. There is a way round getting the charge sheet though, it takes around 45 days to get to you when you apply for it, Endemol tell you to take the application to your local police station and pay the £10 as long as they see a receipt for the tenner they dont bother too much about seeing your charge sheet as it sometimes does not get to you in time for you going into the house.

Speaking of legal things I'm sure (?) everyone is aware of the elections next week.

Well, in one of the earlier BBs (3?) there was worry that the General Election would be called during BB which leads to all sorts of fun legal complications for BB (denying people their right to vote and such like things). You (if you were a sufficiently clued-up and suicidal HM) could cause no end of problems for Endemol by insisting on your right to vote in person in the election. I don't think they could throw you out for this (as this is probably illegal - using threats to influence voting in an election? Dodgy.)

That is the sort of thing that any good trouble-maker should have done - not this petty jumping on the roof stuff.

They knew about the European Elections long before BB started & could have all been offered a vote by Proxy I suppose.
