One of my workmates has a Galaxy S, on Vodafone.

*Very* nice. I'm more than happy with my iPhone 4, but if I had decided to switch to Android, I'd probably have gone for the Galaxy S rather than the Desire.

I've seen that Samsung Galaxy S advertised in local mobile phone stores and it looks a very cool piece of kit indeed. I'd be interested to know just how good and bright its Amoled screen is.

Sorted the lock thing now. Does it automagically lol

the screen and super amoled tech is smazibg. Ui is very good. Im very glad i chose this phone. It does everything i need and more battery life is suprisingly better than i thought it would. Screen can sdapt depending on how bright your surroundings are using a sensor on the front. I would highly recomend. Just get it from carphone warehouse as voda like to try and brand their products

btw it has a full web browser as i hsve just postef this from the galaxy s

Seems the keyboard is a bit tricky to operate then. ...
