The thing is, the housemates are not supposed to be treated as individuals by Big Brother. So rule breaking is the responsibility of the whole group.

If you think about it, the group could have chosen to put more pressure on Kitten to observe the rules, but instead they just excused her. If they condone it, then yes they are all sharing the "guilt".

The producers have ****ed up big time.

Two should go tonight, the HM's would still then blame Kitten. They are not aware like us there was going to be a fake double eviction, they would
see it as a eviction with one on top BECAUSE OF KITTEN.
Send both evictees to the secret room as planned.
This single formal eviction is the lamest of all the possible scenarios, it plays into Kittens hands like it all made no difference.

BB ask Kitten into the diary room, and tell her she has to nominate someone for eviction, excluding herself. The plasma screen is on so all HM's watch her as she chooses. Kitten is then asked to return to the sofa. BB then announces BB will get back to you later. The public then vote between Kitten and the chosen HM.

Exactly what I was thinking.

I'm with Alright mate. If they dont send the evictee(s) to the secret room, then BB have bottled it big time.

Well they'll prob be told its not a public vote and they have decided who they are going to evict so kitten wont be right-she cant look good in their eyes by trying to pretend this is a normal eviction and bb is playing with them-they all know its her fault

shame only emma stood up to her

I'm going with the assumption that this is true (one full eviction rather than fake double eviction).

Endemol/C4 have seriously c**ked this one up - scrapping the secret room idea because Kitten broke the rules is ridiculous because it's only doing exactly what Kitten herself said they would.

They could quite easily have kept the secret room idea to fit in with their issued punishment - remove two housemates tonight in the planned way and simply say that one removal is the normal Friday eviction and the other is the result of rule-breaking.

Their plans needn't have changed, and it would have maximum impact on the rest of the housemates when they realised that Kitten was wrong, and BB meant it when they said that somebody would be removed for Kitten's rule-breaking. Cue lots of heated arguments, simmering resentments, and alcohol fuelled rants about the injustice of it all. Delicously evil. Not to mention the fun of watching two housemates spying on the others and coming back to the house full of revenge...........

Now, instead, we get Kitten ranting on about how she was right, and BB would have removed someone on Friday anyway so it proves it wasn't her fault, and nothing really changes - except that we might lose an interesting HM.

Nice one C4!

Hmmm... I'm unconvinced that anything's decided yet. There are so many different scenarios that could play out yet and it's hard to predict what could happen.

Whether BB screws it up, or they get it right... whether they do the double eviction to the bedsit or just a single standard eviction, there's lots of potential.

I personally think there's a lot to be said for postponing the bedsit idea until the housemates have build up friendships/vendettas - that would create maximum effect as the ones in the bedsit will want to get their revenge on the others - obviously they don't want to be waiting too long for it to happen, possibly next week.

The 11 housemates could do a challenge and the loser gets evicted.

I think they should just evict Kitten and be done with it, the way it's going, the programme might as well be called Kitten TV instead of Big Brother.

Unfortunately, I can't see that happening, if everyone is talking about one housemate, that's the last person your likely to evict.

Possible scenario!
Call a HM to the DR. That HM to draw a name from a hat to decide who gets evicted. Allow the HM to see all the names to prove it was random.
Show the whole thing on the plasma screen.

Should convince the HMs that the eviction IS random and due to rule breaking.

one HM has to be evicted and never to return because of the rule breaking, but they should also put 2 HM's into the bedsit aswell, this way BB's plans arent scrapped and the HM's are punished for rule breaking.....so what do u reckon......is BB brave enough to do a triple eviction???

I think Kitten will go. BB did not say it will be one of the other HMs.

There's no point in having the fake eviction - there was already rumours from the HM's of a hidden room and they also found the room behind the mirrors in the bedroom.

Also Kitten was guaranteed to be one of the 2 out if it was put to a HM vote - do BB really want her lurking behind the scenes (potentially for the whole series!) - I don't think so - they must want to get rid of her good and proper when the opprtunity arises.

I heard rumours that there was always going to be a proper eviction tonight....no matter what Kitten does or doesn't get up to.

Since when has Teletext been the OFFICIAL mouthpiece for BB? It may be turn out to be true, but at the moment it is just a report. We do not know that this is happening.

They'd not let Kitten go without a public vote, think of the revenue they'd lose.

They would more likely evict someone who doesn't evoke feeling either way, for example, Shell.

The 'eviction' is all speculation until it is announced on BBLB or the start of the main show.

All that says is 'could be', that's hardly confirmed.

She'll probably find it eminently preferable to the room Her Majesty has planned for her, if today's media reports are to be believed.

Why not just have a normal eviction tonight, and have the fake eviction tomorrow? Then they will know that there has been an additional eviction, since three people will have gone in the space of 48hrs. It'll also scare them a bit, I should think...and will mean that there won't have to be another non-voting week to go through with the fake eviction plan.

Yeah, I bet BB is loving her rebel attitude.
