The hms have NO legal standing. Unless they are physically damaged endermol has no obligation to them at all.

WE have no contract AT ALL with Endermol - they invite us to spend money with them on a voting system that THEY CLEARLY STATE that they can do what they want with - including discarding votes and ignoring the result.

Absolutely, I bumped that thread up and tried to draw attention to this story but not many seemed to notice. But hey, shove it on the front of the paper and suddenly everyone's shocked, and there are DS news items about it and everything!

All I have seen so far was when Kitten walked in Dan had a wide-eyed look of astonishment on his face.

Interesting,in fact sensational if true.It was Dan who caused kitten to go off on one during wednesday's plate painting by saying it was her big mouth not her lesbianism which might cause discrimination.Two plants acting out the script? Certainly Dan's interactions with Jason are interesting and perhaps contrived.Dan does some interesting probing in his interaction with all HMs.
