If she has to appear in court on Wednesday, I think that they probably will make her walk the walk, but there's no crowd tonight is there? so she may go out through the back door of shame, as Nick did when he was evicted in disgrace.

What does she have to go to court for? attendance is not necessary for all hearings. If it is non-payment of fines they might just hand it over to the bailiffs.
