Hi guys,

I am hoping that someone can help as this is driving me mad.

For the last few days, I have been unable to get any data through the phone on 3G. This is even when the phone signal has full bars with the 3G icon next to it.

Sometimes the bars and the 3G icon are blue but still no information passes through. Wi-Fi at home is fine and making calls is fine.

It is when I am using safari or the apps where the issues seem to lie.

I have tried resetting the networking settings, turning 3G off and then back on and also powered the phone down.

Can anyone help?

Now that you mention it, it turns out there's the same problem here near Nottingham.. good 3G signal showing, but load up the web browser and it can't connect via 'Orange Internet' (keeps asking me whether I want to use the 'Orange Java' connection instead, but that doesn't work either).

There is a announcement if you dial 150 that they are having data problems at the moment.

Thanks for this - the most simple thing is always the furthest thing away from my mind.

I was about to jump on the bad reception bandwagon and even thought about suing Apple!!!!!!

I guess there will be a few issues as they integrate both the Orange network with the T-Mobile one
