Samsung Galaxy S now on T-Mobile

For those of you who have been waiting for the Galaxy S to come out on T-Mobile I was told today by sales that they had just come in to stock.
IMO apart from the lack of a flash this is one of the best phones going. Far better then the IP4 in its current state.

My wife's had one (on Orange) since Tuesday and it's not that good I'm afraid. Few standard apps and something as simple as importing contacts from her old phone appears to be impossible. The reviews that I've seen haven't exactly been glowing either. I think this may be a case of all looks and no substance.

I was looking at this and the lack of flash put me off, well that and every Samsung product I've owned has gone wrong.

i was fiddling with my friends galaxy and its massive! its like going back to the brick days, couldnt be carrying that around with me. it also doesnt appear to do much more than the samsung 'wave', which is cheaper.

Actually it's only 3 * 4mm bigger than the Desire, thinner but heavier. I agree it does feel more "brick like" - probably because it just doesn't look as nice.

The selling point is the screen which is same as the Wave Hard to see why anyone interested in Android would take a Galaxy over a Desire but it is selling extremely well
