breaking talktalk contracts
Had enough of talktalk, wont go into it, however can I just go to a new provider and join them even though I am in a contract with talktalk, or do I have to contact talktalk first and inform them that I am off,
I am willing to pay all the early fees etc, just dont want to talk to them really again. |

You cannot just walk away from TalkTalk without informing them. Apart from any legal issues breaking your contract with them may throw up you cannot sign up to a new provider while their broadband service is still active.
This is how you change suppliers http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/2010/0...band-provider/ You do not actually have to talk to anyone at TalkTalk you can write to them asking to be released from your contract early if that is possible and ask them to give you a MAC (Migration Authorisation Code). Your new supplier will require this to make the transition. |
